CANCELLATION POLICY
• A 100% service fee will be applied to all no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. • Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited for any rescheduled appointments made with less than 48 hours’ notice. • To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, appointments are automatically released if you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior communication, and a new appointment will need to be scheduled.
